Session 5 Pelvic Girdle: Ben & Carol

In this session we are working to balance the pelvis, so that it is truly a basin that holds the body’s organs. Most people have a tilt to their pelvis creating lower back pain and not allowing for the stabilization of the body’s organs. Working to level the pelvic girdle allows for the upper body’s weight to pass through the pelvis and out into the ground rather than residing in the lower back region often resulting in back pain.

We worked the abdominal region, the hip and gluteal region. This allowed for more stability in the pelvis and more support of the abdominal region and the organ’s contained there.
